Camp Life

At Manroc, we call it “camp life” because we care about our employees’ work-life balance. What other career can you have where you can work six months of the year and have the other six months to do whatever you wish? Our work sites have:

  • Flexible schedules (2 weeks in 2 weeks out, 3 weeks in 3 weeks out, etc.)
  • Paid meals
  • Paid transportation
  • Different recreational options (varies by site)

As mining operations continue to expand in Northwestern Ontario, Manroc is well-situated with our head office, welding & machine shops located in Manitouwadge, and our engineering and business development office located in Thunder Bay.
