Mine Superintendent Job Summary The Mine Superintendent is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily mine development activities while ensuring all work is conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and client standards. The Mine Superintendent reports directly to the General Manager and provides regular operational updates and daily reports. This role is responsible for leading and supporting crews by assigning job-specific tasks, monitoring progress, and arranging or providing training when required. The Mine Superintendent plays a key role in maintaining productivity, safety, and effective communication across all operations. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience
• Minimum of 8–10 years of underground mining experience

Scope and Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive safety program in conjunction with the Safety and Training Department
• Advise management of unsafe conditions, hazards, or work practices
• Ensure workers possess the necessary experience and competency to safely and effectively perform assigned tasks
• Schedule and lead daily line-up meetings to ensure efficient utilization of personnel, equipment, materials, and resources
• Work closely with Human Resources regarding hiring needs, terminations, layoffs, and personnel changes
• Notify Payroll of position changes, rate adjustments, terminations, layoffs, and employee information updates such as contact or address changes
• Actively participate in investigations involving fatalities, lost-time incidents, and high-potential occurrences
• Participate in formal planned inspections
• Ensure completion of accident investigation reports, inspections, job observations, and 5-Point Safety Cards, and forward documentation to the appropriate personnel in accordance with Manroc standards

Mechanical Cable Bolt Driller Job Summary The Mechanical Cable Bolt Driller is required to operate a mechanized bolter in a safe, efficient manner that is dedicated to achieving production goals. Their duties include  tasks involved with mechanized bolting and ground support installation. The successful candidate will be required to report directly to their designated supervisor. They must comply in accordance with the daily safety and work line up provided by the supervisor. Drive-in Site - Local positions and some positions with Accommodations. 7/7 rotation rotating between days and nights. Client approved Site access. Drug and Alcohol Test. Qualifications

• Previous work experience on a mechanized bolter

Boom Truck Operator

Jumbo Operator

Job Summary

Manroc Developments is currently seeking an experienced Jumbo Operator to join our underground development team. The successful candidate will operate an underground jumbo drill (282 Boomer) to carry out lateral, incline, and decline ramp development.

In addition to drilling operations, the role may also involve supporting other underground development activities such as mechanized bolting and LHD operation to assist in project completion.

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment where safety, efficiency, and quality are top priorities.

The successful candidate must be able to read and interpret mine plans, follow written and verbal instructions, and work efficiently in a fast-paced underground environment.
