We take pride in our reputation. We are a small, privately owned company and as such, our team members never feel like “just another number”. Manroc is proud to be called home to some of the world’s greatest underground miners. Fathers, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters and even grandparents, are all proud to call Manroc home. Whether you’re born into mining or for it, Manroc’s training program, experience, and one-on-one mentorship will ensure you have all of the tools and skills you need to succeed. When we say you are part of the family at Manroc, we mean it.
