Job Description

Will report to Maintenance Manager and work closely with both the Mobile and Alimak Maintenance General Forman’s to facilitate the following:

  • Input System Assets
  • Planed Job Task Distribution
  • Related Maintenance Data Input
  • Core Inventory Management Data Input
  • Service Provider Communications
  • Internal Maintenance Related Communications
  • Daily CMMS System Requirements

Required Skills Include

  • Standard Computer Knowledge (Windows Platform)
  • Able to follow process and Procedures
  • Able to work out of the Manitouwadge Office
  • Able to communicate and work with others on a daily basis

Preferred AssetsĀ 

  • Previous experience in CMMS platforms (Computer Maintenance Management Systems)
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Word
  • Previous Maintenance related Background
  • Administrative Background
