Jumbo Operator

Job Summary

Manroc Developments is currently seeking an experienced Jumbo Operator to join our underground development team. The successful candidate will operate an underground jumbo drill (282 Boomer) to carry out lateral, incline, and decline ramp development.

In addition to drilling operations, the role may also involve supporting other underground development activities such as mechanized bolting and LHD operation to assist in project completion.

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment where safety, efficiency, and quality are top priorities.

Schedule & Site Conditions

• 7/7 rotation
• Rotating days and nights
• Drug and alcohol testing required
• Client-approved site access required

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating an underground jumbo is required
• Ontario Common Core training completed (transcripts required)
• Must have completed U0089 module
• Strong commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment in a production-driven setting
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to complete pre-access testing as a condition of employment (as per client site requirements)
