Development Leader

Reporting to the Site Superintendent, the Development Leader performs all duties/activities associated with development mining.

14/14 rotation – days and nights – 10.5 hour shifts

• You will be expected to utilize an underground jumbo drill (282) to conduct lateral incline and decline ramp development. Additional underground development services (mechanized bolting, LHD operation, etc.) may be required for the purpose of project completion.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Capable of safely and efficiently performing activities such as (but not limited to) utilizing a Jumbo Drill, drifting, slashing, drilling rounds, blasting, ground support/bolting, mucking and installing services.
• Plan and coordinate daily activities with team.
• Must comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and regulations.
• Must comply with all Manroc policies, procedures and standards.
